Retail interior development & custom furniture production

From design ambition to realisation.

We engineer, produce and install custom furniture and retail interiors. Turning designs into buildable, cost-efficient and scalable furniture solutions — with full control over quality, costs and planning. For retail, hospitality and office brands.

What we do

We work alongside brands, designers and architects to turn concepts into interiors that work in practice. Depending on the project, we step in as an advisor or take the lead in execution — from concepting to technical consultancy, full production and on-site delivery.

Design & engineering

From concept to a buildable interior solution.

Sourcing & production

From prototyping to produced furniture, fixtures and POP-materials.

Full-service realisation

From first ideas to a finished interior on site.

Design & Engineering

Making existing interior concepts work better

We review existing designs to identify complexities or elements that impact production, installation or budget. With our years of experience in design and production methods, we are strong in value engineering.

Where needed, we advise architects and designers on targeted adjustments in materials, construction or detailing, keeping the original look and feel intact while making concepts easier to build, more predictable to roll out and better aligned with budgets.

Project and drawings in collaboration with KIMAK

In practice, this approach has resulted in cost reductions of up to 40% on existing interiors, while maintaining the intended design quality.

Sourcing & production

From engineered design to produced furniture

Based on engineered designs, we produce custom furniture and interior elements through a trusted world-wide manufacturing network that me manage directly. Production is our starting point. Where needed, we source specific partners or components to complete the scope.

By leading production directly, we ensure consistency across locations, predictable outcomes and furniture that is ready for installation and roll-out.

Full-service realisation

From first ideas to a finished interior on site

We work with existing concepts, brand guidelines or rough design ideas and translate these into an interior design tailored to the specific location. From there, we take the lead in engineering, production and installation.

By combining design input, production and on-site execution into one integrated process, we reduce complexity and ensure a smooth and predictable delivery.

For brands that want to hand over the complete scope, the overall project can be managed in collaboration with PRJCT WRKS.

Collaboration

We work closely with designers, architects and contractors.

Design intent stays leading. Our strength lies in the combination of design thinking and making.

By bringing production knowledge into the design process, we help designers and architects make informed choices that stay within budget. This often means looking at alternative materials, constructions or production methods that preserve the original intent while improving feasibility and cost control.

How we work

Each project is unique, influenced by its situation, requirements, complexity, materials, and quantities. To simplify navigation, we’ve developed a standard process, ensuring you always know our status and what to expect.

1.

Design

Managing the design process, assessing technical feasibility, reviewing materialization and construction aspects, and estimating costs for proposals.

2.

(Value) Engineering

Developing product portfolios, evaluating designs, reviewing mechanical details and manufacturing feasibility, and suggesting improvements to optimize costs or meet budget constraints.

3.

Procurement

Preparing an RFP that includes design drawings, quantities, materials, packaging, transport, and timelines, while evaluating costs and conditions to create a quotation.

4.

Prototyping

Choosing materials, defining review criteria, creating samples and prototypes, evaluating prototypes based on set criteria, and refining technical design drawings accordingly.

5.

Production

Finalizing shop drawings, organizing production batches, setting conditions for manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing, initiating production, ensuring quality control throughout, and managing packing and delivery.

6.

Install

Installing furniture on-site with precision, managed by a global team across retail, hospitality, corporate, and commercial spaces.
